I offer a range of different types of plans depending on your goals, lifestyle and mindset around nutrition. There are many ways in which nutrition has evolved and below are the types of plans I have found to work best:
CUSTOMISED NUTRITION PLANS
This style of plan suits the person that has a limited understanding of nutrition or who wants the guidance of what to eat, how much to eat and enjoys having a menu designed for them. The customised plan is tailored to suit your food likes and dislikes; quality and quantity of training and overall goals. I combine the use of standard “clean eating” options as well as lots of mainstream “supermarket friendly” options. I will also include client suggestions of food and even treats when requested! The plan is monitored and includes minor adjustments when needed via our regular email check ins.
This program suits the person who already understands the basic concepts of good nutrition and is ready and willing to track their food using a macro counter app. IIFYM (if it fits your macros) or flexible dieting has evolved to become very popular and allows you to eat the foods you choose yourself, while still achieving your goals. This is very different to my customised plans which tell you what to eat and how much to eat. This program is suited to the person who would rather design their own menu but with the guidance from me in terms of how many calories to consume and which macro nutrients make up those calories. The plan is monitored and macros are changed every 3 weeks via our email check ins.
This suits the person that has a direct goal in mind to improve their physique fast. It does not include the variety of a customised or IIFYM plan and is for the client that is happy to eat the same thing very day while receiving a new plan every 3 weeks. It’s specifically designed to drop body fat and get you to your goal fast, being ideal for upcoming holidays, photoshoots, special events etc. Email check ins are recorded every 3 weeks and a new plan designed based on your results.
Customised Nutrition Plan including two consultations
A 60 minute face to face consultation so I can address all your goals, health needs, special needs and mindset and then collate the information I will need to design your plan. This also includes:
A body fat analysis and weigh in
A fully customised nutrition plan with 4 options per meal using all the foods you like (treats included if desired)
A follow up face to face appointment at the 6 week mark to assess body fat and weight, motivation and progress
Email check in at the 4, 8 and 12 week with minor adjustments to your plan if needed
Baseline assessments to monitor your results.
Can be followed well beyond 12 weeks as there is so much variety included in this plan
Reverse dieting schedule to bring your calories up out of the deficit (once your goal is reached) and up to your new maintenance level to maintain your new lean body weight (meaning, you actually get to eat more!)
